We are very pleased to invite you to the "Graduates Gala Party" that will take place in the prestigious "la Rotonde Stalingrad" venue, in Paris (19th district).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
- Deadline for registrations: until place runs out
- Price rate for the Gala Party: 49 € includes :
- the venue privatisation
- the official dinner reception
- 7 drinks per person
- entertainment and dancing until 5:00 am.
- Public and accompanyings: The gala is reserved for graduates 2020 & 2021 whose graduation ceremony took place on 14th & 15th January 2022. You have the possibility, if you wish, to register two guests at the price of 49€/person.
- How to obtain your Gala wristband? Don't forget to bring your confirmation email with QR code in order to retrieve the wristbands at the entrance of the Rotonde Stalingrad venue on the D day.
- Access to the Gala Party: Access to the place is possible via public transport (subways 2, 5 or 7, stops Jaurès or Stalingrad). For your safety, we suggest you use public transport or taxi/uber for your return.
- Terms of cancellation :

- if the event is cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions: 100% refund
- if the graduate cancels their attendance on D-7: 100% refund
- if the graduate cancels their attendance on D-5: 50% refund
- if the graduate cancels their attendance on D-3: non-refundable.
